Pep Guardiola has been speaking about the incident before Man City’s Champions League loss to Liverpool

Liverpool beat Manchester City 3-0 on Wednesday night in the first-leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie.

Mohamed Salah, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sadio Mane scored the goals as Jurgen Klopp's side produced a surprise result and took control of the tie, setting themselves up for a place in the semi-finals of the tournament. However, it won't just be the action on the field that people will be talking about in the days to come. Liverpool apologised in a statement after City's bus was hit with missiles ahead of the Champions League tie. There was a large crowd waiting for City upon arrival at Anfield. Unfortunately, some Liverpool supporters threw missiles at the visiting team's bus, which was carrying the playing and coaching staff, as they entered the ground.
