The girl told Isco that her parents were deaf and that they would greatly appreciate it if he could sign the gesture which translates to 'I love you' if he happened to get on the scoresheet.
“She asked me if I scored if I could make this gesture and that it signified I love you,” Isco said. “I remembered her and I did it.”
