The result of Super Bowl 50 might have been a disappointment for Carolina Panthers, but for linebacker Thomas Davis just taking to the field was an achievement.
Having broken his arm only two weeks ago, Davis defied the odds and played during the 24-10 defeat to Denver Broncos. He recorded seven tackles while playing with a cast on his right arm.
Following the game, he shared an image of his surgically-repaired forearm on Instagram, using it as an opportunity to thank those that helped him return to action in such a short space of time.
