Manchester City have gone to great trouble when considering what their new official crest will look like.

Having consulted fans on a number of occasions, the new design was due to be revealed on Boxing Day. However, the plans for the unveiling have been scuppered after the Intellectual Property Office appeared to leak an image of the badge. Very quickly, it was appearing everywhere on the internet. As expected, the new badge looks very similar to the design that the club used prior to 1997. What do you think of the new design?
