The summer rumour that Manchester United would move for Neymar was laughed off by many.

As ridiculous as it may have seemed to some, it does appear that United's interest was genuine. Neymar confirmed recently that conversations did take place about a potential move to England, and now Guillem Balague has suggested that the Brazilian would consider a transfer to United in the future. neymar-brazil-2014 Quoted in The Mirror, Sky Sports' Spanish football expert revealed the forward would be open to leaving Spain for Old Trafford. "Is he considering doing so [joining United] in the future? Categorically, yes," said Balague. A timescale for such a move is unclear, but given that the Brazilian currently plays an important role for the all-conquering Barcelona side, it seems unlikely that he'll be heading to Manchester any time soon. That's unlikely to stop some United fans getting a little bit excited, however.
