Sergio Aguero has had the pleasure of playing with some of the best midfielders in the business.
The striker has worked with the powerhouse Yaya Toure, the playmaker David Silva and the passmaster Javier Pastore - but he's plumped for someone else as his pick for the greatest. The Manchester City striker was asked by UEFA.com for the best midfielder he's played with and his answer may surprise some. "Javier Mascherano. Because I think he is a player who feels the pulse of a game," said Aguero. "He knows the moment when it's going well or badly. He is a reference point for what you need on the pitch."
