Seriously, somebody had to.

This year's Oscar nominations are out on 23rd January (Tuesday week) and the excitement is palpably mounting. Regardless of whether the most deserving movies get nominated or not, we need to look at a huge epidemic that's been spreading through Hollywood in recent years. Movie names have become incredibly misleading. Foxcatcher did not teach us how to catch foxes, Moonlight had nothing to do with lunar phases, The Big Short was a full length movie and Whiplash contained approximately zero neck injuries. Enough is enough. I am hereby renaming this year's Oscar nomination hopefuls. Your move, Hollywood.
Lady Bird   Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri   The Florida Project   Get Out   The Shape Of Water   I, Tonya   Dunkirk   Baby Driver   Call Me By Your Name   The Disaster Artist   Mother!   Darkest Hour
