Shirley Bassey...Paul McCartney...that dude from Audioslave - plenty of big names have performed the James Bond theme song over the years.

With the release of the 24th Bond film (or 24/007 as we prefer to call it), Spectre, just months away, we now know not only the performer of the next theme but also the title of the song. https://twitter.com/007/status/641144089975619584 London-born singer-songwriter Sam Smith is only the second British artist this millennium to add 007 to his musical credits, after Adele's Skyfall in 2012. The double BRIT Award winner has enjoyed a remarkable rise since his maiden number 1 with Naughty Boy on 'La La La' in 2013, and it's just a year since his debut album was released.
