His music isn't universally popular, but James Blunt has made a more than decent career out of what some would describe as 'high-pitched wailing' and he makes no apologies for it either.
If you've forgotten who he is, cast your mind back to the summer of 2005 when Blunt's hit song 'You're Beautiful' was forever stuck in your head and guaranteed to play in the first shop you walked into after you finally stopped hearing it every time you closed your eyes.
You know, this one.
Blunt regularly attracts criticism for his music on Twitter, but if you're going to insult him, you better have a decent argument ready because he regularly puts trolls in their place with cutting rebukes.
You might not think it, but Blunt actually has one of the funniest accounts on Twitter as he appears to spend his days crafting witty comebacks before setting off to count his giant pile of money again.
His latest example arrived when writer/actor/producer Noah Kinsey delivered a critique of Blunt’s most famous song, to which Blunt responded with a quite brilliant rebuttal.
