For the childish minds amongst us, Friday's World Grand Prix snooker was a real treat.

One of the quarter finals saw Hong Kong's Marco Fu take on Mark King of England for a spot in the semi-final, making the score card for the match look a little bit like Bo' Selecta Mel B's favourite swear word. Perhaps unsurprisingly, plenty were quick to pick up on this, with some unapologetically admitting that they'd waited a long time for such a match up to take place... https://twitter.com/raceclear/status/830107478843072512 And maximum respect to Shanners here, who went to the trouble of encircling the two players' names just to make sure nobody missed it. https://twitter.com/Sshantastic/status/830081047597555714 Elsewhere, there were puns a plenty... https://twitter.com/SeanSheehanBA/status/830095046963843072 https://twitter.com/CampNouBoY/status/830105981807783936 https://twitter.com/elliottrib/status/830099102553759745 https://twitter.com/Harry__Roberts/status/830098984626700290 https://twitter.com/Catfordkid/status/830089314281324544 https://twitter.com/Louise_Barnaby/status/830082616502140930 ... and somebody else that noticed the Bo' Selecta reference https://twitter.com/snookerhead/status/830080000233766912 Not that you're too bothered by the result ( and just to increase this article's word count a little bit) Marco Fu was victorious, his 4-2 victory enough to see him face Ryan Day in the semi-finals. https://twitter.com/ricpussayshot/status/830110701037420544 Catch up with this week's episode of 888sport Football Friday Live
