The football league has unveiled its new brand identity as the 'English Football League' or EFL.

It comes, as all such things do, with a snazzy new logo and mission statement, In this case, said statement involves a pledge to "give our competitions an identity that is new and distinct, while at the same time retaining our unique heritage." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pi6kyFTqjUE But a few fans have identified a small issue with the new name, or specifically the 'English' part of the name. https://twitter.com/jrgdutton/status/664832905299034113 Actually, when we say a few fans, we mean a lot of fans. https://twitter.com/michaelwood27/status/664835803823120384 https://twitter.com/NolaGooner/status/664834104282607618 https://twitter.com/JustFootball/status/664833563402117120 https://twitter.com/dakanoejp/status/664833322313498628 https://twitter.com/RyWalCP/status/664832143550521345 https://twitter.com/_BenWills/status/664831319000633345 https://twitter.com/thegoalkeeper/status/664836353671172096 Does this mean that, when if Wales win Euro 2016, the FA will claim the title on behalf of England?
