Gareth Bale already has a Champions League winners medal to his name, but never before has he reached such dizzying heights.

In support of the Global Goals charity - whose excellent work you can read more about here - the Real Madrid winger got together with some friends as they tried their best to find the net from 12 yards. After giving himself a few quick spins, Bale managed to stay upright just long enough to smash his attempt wide.
