The club's youth facility is known as La Masia and a host of current first team-players have come through its ranks such as Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta, Sergio Busquets and Sergi Roberto. It's for the best of the best, and no matter how much money they may spend on a Luis Suarez or Neymar, there are always opportunities for players who are good enough to progress to first team action. So we'll be shocked if in 10 years time some player isn't name checked as having appeared in this video of an unnamed team from the club's famed academy.
