Sage Northcutt is nothing if not a positive guy.
The 19-year-old may have been beaten for the first time in his professional career over the weekend, but you wouldn't know if from his reaction. The American has been mocked for his overly positive outlook in the past, but we're sure it will come in handy after such a crushing defeat.
