The classic rock, paper, scissors was the highly scientific method decided upon by two England U19 players to determine who would take a penalty.
England's youngsters faced Japan and spanked the Asian side 5-1 with the penalty fiasco coming when England were just 1-0 up. The bizarre incident took place between Chelsea's Tammy Abraham and Manchester City's Patrick Roberts with both men desperate to step up for the penalty kick.
