When most multi-millionaire sports stars lose, we imagine they probably go and wallow miserably in a big pile of money in some far-flung holiday resort.

But Roger Federer is not your average sportsman. The Swiss tennis behemoth was denied an eighth Wimbledon title when he lost to Novak Djokovic in four sets on centre court. But instead of moping around, or simmering in self pity, Fed was on the next flight to Malawi in Africa where he has been helping improve the lives of some of the continent's poorest children.
