England's early exit from the Rugby World Cup on home in the group stages was as dismal as it was embarrassing. How do you react to this as a fan? Anger - yes. Tears, probably. And there most certainly will be a long and drawn out post mortem into the failures of the game in England. But cancelling the rest of the tournament, kicking everyone out and leave the EU forever?
