Jose Mourinho's Chelsea exit has been a long time coming, but the stats show the true extent of how poor a campaign he's been having.

The Portuguese coach won the Premier League title mere months ago, but the slump since August has been quite remarkable. With just four wins (and nine defeats) from 16 Premier League games, Chelsea have tasted victory less than half as often as last season, making this Mourinho's worst campaign in England by some distance. However reverses against Manchester City, Crystal Palace, Everton, Southampton, West Ham United, Liverpool, Stoke City, Bournemouth and Leicester City gave the Blues no option but to part ways with the manager for the second time.
