Meet the man on a mission from God to take Romford to the football league
What is the meaning of life? That is the question that we, the human race, have been trying and failing to answer since forever. One man who has found an answer to that question, though, is Glenn Tamplin. The self made millionaire claims he met the Lord when he was pronounced dead by two paramedics in 2016. Since then, it has been his mission to lift a football club through the leagues.
His first attempt with Billericay Town didn't go to plan, as he stepped away after two years due to the abuse his son Archie was getting from fans. But this time, with neighbouring Romford FC, Tamplin believes he can fulfil his purpose of galvanising a community and getting five promotions in five years.
We went to meet the man and attend a Romford FC training to find out who the real Glenn Tamplin is, watch the full documentary below.
