The football world was in shock as news broke that Hungary international goalkeeper Márton Fülöp has passed away from cancer at the age of just 32.

Fülöp played for several English clubs throughout a distinguished career, but had taken a break from the game in 2013 after the discovery of a tumour on his arm. Sadly the former Tottenham and Sunderland keeper lost his battle with the disease, leading to tributes from former clubs and team-mates. https://twitter.com/SpursOfficial/status/664775948491997184 https://twitter.com/MCFC/status/664776821624455168 https://twitter.com/SunderlandAFC/status/664782813091229696 https://twitter.com/LCFC/status/664780350430822400 https://twitter.com/BenFoster/status/664776034504568832 https://twitter.com/Higginbotham05/status/664774898359918592 https://twitter.com/odea_darren/status/664773776681242624 Fülöp played 24 times for the Hungarian national team during his career, and also played for Premier League clubs Leicester City, Manchester City, Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion during his time in England.
