John Terry could well be on his way out at Chelsea, and when you look at the stats it's easy to understand the Blues' decision.

The club captain has been linked with a big-money move to China amid suggestions his contract won't be renewed, although he may still have a future at the club. After struggling under Andre Villas-Boas and barely featuring in the league under Rafa Benitez, the 35-year-old looked to be back to the best in Jose Mourinho's first two seasons back at Stamford Bridge. But this infographic from fantasy football site Football Fanager suggests the former England international is on the wane. In the key areas of goals conceded per game, tackles won per game and clearances per game in Premier League matches, Terry is having his worst season this decade. Of course there are some factors outside his control, largely relating to the shambles presided over by Mourinho, but it's not pleasant reading for the club legend.
