But instead of venting his anger on the pitch, Saint-Étienne No.9 Nolan Roux directed his rage at the ball - and accidentally smacked it in the face of a nearby ball boy. Saint-Étienne were two goals down to ASA Targu Mures in the third round of Europa League qualifying when the striker took a swipe at the ball after it went out of play. It was just unfortunate that the ball boy was stood right in the way, with the poor lad copping a faceful.
