The Sun report that the two Manchester clubs are ready to part with around a billion pounds to secure the services of Neymar and Lionel Messi. That's right, a billion. City want Messi and United want Neymar, with half a million pounds a week in wages potentially in the offing for both of the Barcelona stars.
