It probably seemed like a great idea at the time.
After Jamie Vardy broke Ruud van Nistelrooy’s record by scoring in 10 consecutive Premier League matches, one fan decided to pay homage to the Leicester City striker in a very unusual way. He decided to mark Vardy's impressive feat by getting one of the player's old Facebook statuses permanently scarred onto his skin. https://twitter.com/JordySloan/status/668458760839569409 Back in 2011, Vardy sent a status update containing those immortal words and over four years later, we're no closer to understanding what he meant by it. However, the phrase has become a bit of a cult saying for fans of the striker, which is the reasoning behind the ridiculous body art.
