Luis still wasn't happy about the incident following the game, and posted his wound on Instagram, writing: "a good job he never touched me."
This is pretty gross.
In fairness to Suarez, he didn't deny connecting with the former Chelsea defender. Instead he essentially told Luis to get over it when asked about the incident by Spanish media outlet AS.
