Louis van Gaal is clearly sick of being asked about David De Gea, and it seems the latest efforts to make him budge on the subject of his wantaway goalkeeper were the final straw. After the latest round of questioning, the Manchester United boss looked like he'd had more than enough, responding without the slightest hint of subtlety.
