Earlier this week, Lukaku's father said his son was "ready" for a move.
"I see that there is interest from Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Chelsea and Manchester United," Roger Lukaku said.
While Lukaku's agent Mino Raiola said in the past that if the Belgian striker had have been his client when he left Chelsea in 2014, he wouldn't have ended up at Everton.
