Liverpool to do battle with Real Madrid for £21m midfielder

Liverpool could be ready to replace one Lucas with another, as Lazio's Lucas Biglia has emerged as a target for the club.
The Argentine holding midfielder, who impressed as the Roman club finished third in Serie A last season, would be available for £21m. But according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, they would face strong competition from Real Madrid and Inter for the 29-year-old.
Biglia was made Lazio captain at the start of this season, but reports in Italy claim he is unhappy with his current contract at the club.
