Lionel Messi appears to have coloured in his leg tattoo with a permanent marker

Enough about the newly-elected President of the United States of America, let's get back to the important stuff: Lionel Messi has a new tattoo.

We say 'new' tattoo, but actually it seems like the Barcelona star simply got bored on his trans-Atlantic flight back to Argentina this week and decided to spend the time colouring in his leg with a black Sharpie pen. Messi has joined up with his international teammates ahead of Thursday night's trip to play Brazil in Belo Horizonte - the scene of their embarrassing World Cup semi-final defeat to Germany. At a training session ahead of the game, observers noticed that his old tattoo, which looked like this three years ago... ... and this a few months ago...
