"The equipment measures earthquakes happening all over the world, but what we found when we looked at it were some anomalous spikes which correlated to goals being scored at Leicester City's home games," Hoyle said. "We know the crowd are responsible for the seismic signals and that the spikes occur at around the same time a goal is scored and that the crowd reacts to those goals, but what exactly we're recording is still to be determined."Hoyle had no comment on the phenomenon of Leicester's season causing cracks in the very fabric of the Premier League.
