Leeds United are a club going places

Well, maybe they are, maybe they're not, but with Marcelo Bielsa in charge then Leeds United are definitely slightly different than the Leeds United of old. In their first match of the new Championship season, Bielsa's side dismantled a Stoke City team tipped by many to return to the Premier League with ease come May. The team - which finished 13th in the second division last season - played with a style befitting their influential manager, and with a level of pressing, swagger and confidence that hasn't been seen at Elland Road for quite a long time. That swagger and indeed Bielsa's slightly off-the-wall management style now appears to have been reflected in other areas of the club, most notably their recently released away kit. The kit, which can be seen below, is dark navy blue and features a V-neck. It also features a large selection of light blue, turquoise, white and yellow stripes which can be best described as very 90s. You can almost imagine the design being used on the intro sequence to Saved By The Bell, Art Attack or Byker Grove. All in all, it's a proper blast from the past. https://twitter.com/LUFC/status/1027527412626669569 As with everything these days, the kit had a massive reaction which was, well, mixed. https://twitter.com/LufcStreams/status/1027528496179044354 https://twitter.com/01MOFF1/status/1027528238334201857 https://twitter.com/Jimmay82/status/1027529832836616193 https://twitter.com/dannywalker9/status/1027530043185131521
