Despite his injury woes, outlets such as Gazzetta dello Sport and Tuttomercatoweb report that the Italian champions are interested in taking the midfielder to Turin.
This isn't the first time the player has been linked with a move to Italy in recent months, with Roma and AC Milan also being credited with an interest over the course of the summer.
Last April, Arsene Wenger had suggested Wilshere's broken leg would not have a bearing on discussions over a new Arsenal contract. At the time, it had been hoped that Wilshere would be fit enough to feature for Arsenal on their preseason tour.
