Allardyce said Klopp used "foul and abusive language", and the Liverpool manager is a "soft German" if he thought the challenge merited a red card.
The pair shook hands at the final whistle, but Klopp made no apologises about the dispute or his excitable manner.
"I am not too sorry," the 48-year-old said.
"Please, it was a foul. Of course, I was angry. For me, that is a red card, finished. So my staff were emotional, the staff of Sunderland were emotional but, if you look on your ticket, that is included."
