We doubt the name Jack Grealish passed across any lips inside the Aviva stadium after a 2-0 win over Bosnia set them on our way to Euro 2016.

The Aston Villa man decided earlier this year that he would begin his senior international career with the country of his birth, England, rather than Ireland, whom he had represented at various levels under-age.
