It's an issue that's plagued us all - keeping up with all the deadline day moves when you're at work with targets to meet.

We've all got our ways around it, from sneaking a peek at your phone under the desk to calling in sick or just nipping out to the pub at lunchtime and hoping no one notices you're gone (editor's note - we don't recommend this). But William Hill have found another solution - and one that doesn't require an elaborate cover story. Transfer Deadline Disguise looks just like a bog-standard Excel document, but it features real-time updates on the latest transfer stories. tdd William Hill have curated a list of journalists, broadcasters and official club accounts, from whom they pull in Twitter updates. Among the 200 names to feature are Gary Lineker, Chris Kamara, and - of course - Jim White. And to avoid being caught, you can even tap the toolbar to bring up a fake 'Excel not responding' screen to throw your boss off the scent. Is there anything they haven't thought of?
