Motson will be behind the mic for BBC Radio 5Live's coverage of the game, nearly half a century on from his first ever radio commentary of a game between Everton v Derby in December 1969.
Undoubtedly a legendary name in sports broadcasting, Motson has covered 10 World Cups and 10 European Championships during his career. He has also commentated on 29 FA Cup finals and in excess of 200 England games.
The game at The Emirates kicks off at 13:30, and will see Arsenal hoping to follow their impressive result against AC Milan on Thursday night with a return to winning ways in the Premier League. Goals from Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Aaron Ramsey saw Arsenal win 2-0 in the San Siro, although they are currently on a three-game losing streak in the league.
