This is a truly heart-warming moment.
Manchester City clinched Premier League this afternoon, following Manchester United’s shock defeat to West Brom. And as you’d expect, there’s been some pretty entertaining celebrations from the City players. Benjamin Mendy, as you’d expect, brought the #SharkTeam banter. But this is definitely the most moving. David Silva shared a photo of his baby son Mateo. Mateo was born prematurely in December, and Silva missed first team action this season, as he stayed in Spain as Mateo fought for his life. https://twitter.com/21LVA/status/985584612335382528 As well as winning the league twice before, Silva has won the World Cup, the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Copa Del Rey – but this was clearly one of the most special wins."My 3rd league but this one is the most special.Thanks to everyone for supporting me in this tough year!"What a lovely moment.
