Arsenal have reportedly suspended two coaches and have launched an investigation into accusations of bullying.

According to a report in the Islington Gazette, Arsenal's U23 coach Steve Gatting and his assistant Carl Laraman have both been placed on a leave of absence after claims that they'd bullied some of the club's youth players. Arsenal U18 coach Kwame Ampadu took charge of Tuesday's Premier League International Cup final against Porto and the absence of Gatting and Laraman in the Emirates dugout did not go unnoticed. "We have suspended two coaches and launched an investigation following complaints from some players," an Arsenal spokesman told the newspaper. https://twitter.com/SkySportsNews/status/994955695521808384 "These are private matters and we will not discuss any further detail." Arsene Wenger, who is set to leave the Emirates helm after 22 years in charge of the senior side, is not believed to have been aware of the alleged conduct. The club has launched a full investigation and will decide what the best course of action is pending their findings.
