Niasse, who joined Everton from Lokomotiv Moscow for £13.5m in January, has started just two Premier League games for the club.
He is yet to score a goal or complete 90 minutes in an Everton shirt in a competitive game.
He was one of three signings made by Roberto Martinez in the winter transfer window, and the only one to play a minute in the league.
Young defender Matty Foulds has only featured for the club's Under-21 and Under-18 teams, while Swiss forward Shani Tarashaj was loaned straight back to Grasshoppers, the club from which he was signed.
