On the latest episode of Football Trending we are confronted with the fact that we are still living in a world where no football is being played. The outbreak of COVID-19 shows no sign of slowing down any time soon, so we have decided to do things a little differently, and instead of discussing how things might be resolved, we embark on a little escapology in a bid to lighten the mood. This week we have a go at Desert Island Football, our own take on the famous radio show, Desert Island Discs. Host Reuben Pinder and guests Kyle Picknell and Wayne Farry are tasked with choosing a footballer, a football shirt, a football video game and a full 90-minute football match to take with them to a deserted island.
