Rio Ferdinand enjoyed a phenomenal career as a footballer. He won - among other things - the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup during a career spent at the very top level. He also played under the tutelage of Sir Alex Ferguson, a man widely considered one of, if not the, greatest manager of all time. As such, when Rio sat down to discuss management with Rocket at Football Escapes in Portugal, it was a conversation worth listening too. Throughout that chat, Rio talked about his friends and former pundit colleagues, Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard, and how they will get on as managers of Rangers and Derby County respectively.
