If ever there was a reason to take your shirt off, mount a horse and go hunting, this was it.

https://twitter.com/IanMcCollam/status/535251761800675329 Voted for by readers of Time magazine, the Russian President topped the poll of the world's most influential people, with Barack Obama not even making the top 10. The majority of the list featured people from the entertainment industry. Along with Putin, the only non-entertainers to make the top 10 were Malala Yousafazi, Pope Francis and the Dalai Lama. If you've followed the news lately, you'll know that this isn't the first time President Putin has conquered something: in November, Forbes magazine named him the world's most powerful man for the second year on the bounce. Such is his level of influence, Putin's native Russian has even banned memes - probably including this brilliant one of him riding the #WeaselPecker.
