What is it with British politicians and pigs lately?
A Scottish
Liberal Democrat MP has set a new bar for iconic television interviews this morning on a visit to the Gorgie City Farm and Sanctuary in Edinburgh.

While Willie Rennie, MP for Dunfermline and West Fife, was giving an interview to the BBC, two pigs were loudly screwing away in the background of the shot.
Completely oblivious to the carnage unfolding behind him, the politician continued to explain why he had chosen to hold his press conference at a city farm.
Rennie added that "somewhere, somehow" the farm and the animals would send a "clear pictorial message" to his rivals in the Scottish National Party.

The timing is almost too good to be true.
Phillip Sam, a journalist with BBC Scotland, is the one who uploaded the video to Twitter, and he had a few other gems to share too.
