Is this proof that intelligent life once existed on Mars?

While it's easy to be sceptical, the folks at UFO Sightings Daily are convinced this is evidence that the Red Planet was once inhabited. 'This photo alone should be enough to convince the United Nations that intelligent life once existed on Mars,' writes Scott Waring. 'NASA doesn't want anyone to know the truth, because they will be asked to share the info and technology that they have found.' Hmm.
