The PSNI have asked for people's patience, and urged people to stay away from the area

Police in Northern Ireland are investigating a suspected car bomb in Derry, after an explosion occurred outside a courthouse. The local PSNI Twitter account posted a photograph from the incident on Bishop Street, showing a vehicle on fire after an explosion was reported. https://twitter.com/PSNIDCSDistrict/status/1086720603061665792 Police have also taken to Twitter to ask the public to stay away from the area, in a message which read: "Police are in attendance at the scene of an incident in Derry City Centre.
