It's not got the flash cars, the high speed crashes or the huge explosions of a big screen Hollywood movie.

This is the budget Chinese version...on Scooters. But it's actually pretty good, considering the chase never looks like it gets above 30mph. It almost looks like the man on the moped gives the police the slip. That is until he zooms across a street right in front of a car. You can guess the rest.
