It's safe to assume that Gary Neville's bank account hasn't been massively boosted by some Chelsea-esque golden handshake following his recent dismissal by Valencia but the former England international isn't exactly on the breadline.
During Man Utd's treble winning season in '99, Neville was living in Meadow Barn, a 35-acre plot that's on the outskirts of Bolton. The farmhouse conversion comes with its own 5-hole golf course, tennis court, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and games room/bar.
We wonder if there's a little room over the garage for Phil to grow old?
Neville sold the property in 2003 but it's back on the market and here's what £1.8m will get you.
