We always assumed electric cars were tiny little things with hardly any power - until we saw this beast in action...

The Tesla Model S P85D boasts a dual electric motor capable of producing 691 horsepower and 737 lb-ft of torque. It means that it can go from 0 to 60 mph in an incredible 3.2 seconds. Red Dwarf actor Robert Llewellyn is a well-known petrol electric-head, and owns a less souped up version of the Tesla. But it hardly prepared him for the lightning experience of driving a P85D in 'insane mode'. He gives it a go from a standing start at 1min 47secs and absolutely sh*ts his pants. As he puts it: "Jesus f**king Christ!
