If you think you've got a big gob, think again.

German chap Bernd Schmidt has a mouth like the Mersey tunnel. It's so big that the Guinness Book of Records said they would look into it...and they did, literally. The existing world record was held by an American bloke...but big mouth Bernd snatched victory from the jaws of defeat by 2mm. His mouth gape (from  the edge of his top teeth to the edge of his bottom ones) was measured at gob-smacking 8.8cm.
