The Liverpool striker has been documenting his ever-improving fitness levels on his YouTube channel.
We've had the Rocky boxing routine and then there was the core stability work that looked like a strange gym-based game of Twister.
But now the England man is working on his metabolic conditioning with this triple exercise circuit.
Sturridge put a clip from the session up on YouTube with the caption 'Workout bike 30 sec blast, rope 30 secs and kettle bell walks. 20 mins straight no rest' (sic).
Nice little workout there Daniel (although if we're being picky it does look like you're taking a cheeky rest coming off the bike and sauntering to the next station).
We do quite fancy having a bash at the Daniel Sturridge workout, mind.

It must be doing the trick, because he posted a video of him dribbling with an actual football, which will delight Liverpool fans no end.
